My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, making it a comfortable place to unwind. I loved the location since it was centrally located near Chaweng beach and nightlife, although the noise from nearby bars could be bothersome at night. The service was pretty good, with friendly staff and daily housekeeping, though I did encounter one rude reception staff member. Value for money is decent, but the lack of on-site dining options was a letdown.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Chaweng Beach close to nightlife, the beach, and shopping, making it super convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. However, the overall cleanliness of the rooms was concerning, particularly a strange smell that I couldn't quite figure out. The value for money was okay, but I felt that the experience was kind of marred by some cleanliness issues.
